Custom Orders

Love a design but want to try a different size or color palette? Reach out, and I’ll see if we can make it work. While not all designs benefit from different colors, I am happy to give it a shot.

Just a heads-up: if the customization requires a lot of effort, there might be a small fee. Let’s create something awesome just for you!

Can I request custom sizes and colors for invitations?

I’m happy to accommodate custom requests for sizes and colors whenever possible. That said, some adjustments may not be feasible, as they could affect the design’s composition or overall aesthetic.

If you need a specific size, please contact me before placing your order so I can advise you. For custom colors, I’ll do my best to match your preferences, but the final result may vary due to design constraints. I’ll always communicate clearly about what’s possible to ensure any changes stay true to the original design.

What factors affect the ability to fulfill custom orders?

The feasibility of custom and personalized orders depends on several factors, including the complexity of the request, current order backlog, and material availability. I aim to be as flexible as possible, but please understand that not all customizations may be feasible.

For any custom requests, please reach out early to discuss your needs. This allows me ample time to plan and ensures that I can deliver a product that meets your expectations.

Design Process & Tools

Which tools are you using?

I use a variety of tools to bring my designs to life. For digital drawing and illustration, I often work with Procreate, Photoshop, and Illustrator. These allow me to create and refine my own designs with a high level of detail and precision. Canva and Corjl are my go-to platforms for designing templates and customizable products.

In addition to these, I also use AI tools like Midjourney, DALL-E, and Topaz AI. These help me generate new ideas, enhance images, and explore creative possibilities that might be difficult to achieve manually.

For sourcing additional assets, I turn to Creative Fabrica, Pixabay, and Freepik. These platforms provide a wide range of design elements, from graphics to fonts, that I can incorporate into my work. Each of these tools and resources plays a unique role in my creative process, helping me to produce high-quality and original designs.

Are you using AI in your process, and how?

Yes, I use AI in my design process, and I’m happy to explain how. Alongside creating my own hand-drawn artwork, I use AI to generate new images, enhance existing ones, and brainstorm fresh ideas. Sometimes it’s as simple as tweaking proportions or refining details in Photoshop; other times, AI helps me create elements I wouldn’t have been able to design on my own.

I also incorporate assets from platforms like Canva and Creative Fabrica. These may be AI-generated or created by other talented designers, and I combine them with my own drawings and ideas to bring each design to life. This mix of AI, personal illustration, and curated assets allows me to deliver unique, high-quality results.

AI has become an important part of my workflow because it speeds up the process and improves quality, even for my hand-drawn or Procreate work. I use professional software to upscale and refine images, ensuring they’re polished before I offer them to you.

I understand the concerns about AI, copyright, and ethics, and I’m careful to use it responsibly. At the end of the day, AI is simply one tool among many—what matters most to me is creating something you’ll love. And if you’d prefer art that doesn’t involve AI or outside elements, I completely respect that.

What influences your design style?

As you can see from my designs, I love fusions—and as rich as many of my designs are, the sources of inspiration are just as diverse. I draw from antique design books, public-domain archives overflowing with hidden treasures, and the visual storytelling of movies and series. Set design in particular fascinates me—just think of the carefully crafted worlds of Wes Anderson or Tim Burton, where every detail adds to the atmosphere.

Some of my favorite discoveries come from simply browsing my local library. Once, I stumbled upon an original Art Nouveau book by Eugène Grasset—the pages were enormous, the colors stunning, the quality incredible, and yes, even the smell was unforgettable. Finds like this remind me how much inspiration lives in the past, just waiting to be rediscovered.

And of course, inspiration is everywhere in daily life. Go outside, go shopping, go wandering—you’ll notice patterns on walls, floors, book covers, even on a purse. I’m especially drawn to patterns, so I’m always taking photos and notes wherever I go. All of these influences—historical, cinematic, and everyday—come together in my work, giving each design its own layered story.

What are your favorite projects to work on?

I love working on designs that merge unexpected styles—like pairing Gothic elements with minimalist aesthetics or blending Baroque details with modern simplicity. (Yes, even minimalism—always a challenge, even though it’s eeeeverywhere.) These contrasts push me to create something visually striking yet still harmonious. Because I’m passionate about colors and patterns, I treat each project as a way to tell a story while weaving in different stylistic influences. The real creative thrill lies in keeping the design cohesive and appealing, even when it blends very different worlds. Projects like these allow me to push against conventions and explore the boundaries of design in exciting new ways.
